Most of them weren&#8217;t great pictures to look at, for 3 main reasons:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>They were too close because I was trying to get a detailed record of something<\/li>\n<li>The blank white walls didn&#8217;t give and sense of scale and tended to fade away in pictures of a whole room<\/li>\n<li>There was always someone in the way!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The best pictures are the ones with the oak railing:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3475-small.JPG\" title=\"Up to loft, 7-31\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3475-small.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"Up to loft, 7-31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And the loft:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3492-small.JPG\" title=\"Loft, 7-31\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3492-small.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"Loft, 7-31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The energy efficient, fold-out windows:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3473-small.JPG\" title=\"Foldout Windows, 7-31\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3473-small.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"Foldout Windows, 7-31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The kitchen (minus fridge):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3459-small.JPG\" title=\"Kitchen, 7-31\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3459-small.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"Kitchen, 7-31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And, last but not least, the awesome view from the upstairs balcony!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3498-small.JPG\" title=\"View, 7-31\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.pchristensen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/11\/dsc_3498-small.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"View, 7-31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is one of the biggest things to sell me on this house and this lot, and this was the first time I got to see it!<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve been living here for three months now, and the house is very lived-in. If it ever gets clean enough to photograph, I&#8217;ll put pictures of the finished product.
